Clicks are staged, not written — press Save to commit them in one go, Undo to step back one, or Discard to drop them all. Days recorded here become the attendance figure on the Summary tab and on each person’s own dashboard, and drive the attendance part of the KPI. A blank cell is “not recorded”, which is not the same as a day off — mark days off with O so absence stays visible.
